Japan Rental Easy Steps

Step 1: Select the device and plan.

  • Internet only → Pocket W-iFi (Unlimited)
  • Domestic/International calls and texts only → Basic Phone（Pay per use or Unlimited call）
  • Internet, Domestic /International calls and texts, hotspot → Smart Phone

Step 2: Fix your rental period/plan.

(Rental period starts the day after you pick up the device at store /ship out and the day before drop off / mail back.)

Example: Pick up 10/3 and Drop off 10/9=5 days rental
Price: Pocket Wi-Fi 1-day plan $7/day x 5 Days = $35 basic fee

Step 3: Choose your additional option (s).

We have three different types of insurance, rental mobile charger, and 2-business day shipping*.
*final shipping charge may differ depending upon distance from California.

Step 4: Application

You can make reservation online, via E-mail, or call the store. Security deposit may be corrected at the time of booking.

Step 5: Confirmation

Confirmation E-mail will be sent once we confirm availability. Pay in-store or via phone only at this moment.

Step 6: Pick Up.

Pick up at store or wait for it to be delivered !
