Japan Rental Device Replacement Service

If you have any issue with our rental device, please refer the troubleshooting sheet. We also offer replacement service for malfunction item during rental period.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact us (Japanese office, Torrance Store, or San Diego Store) immediately in the event of a malfunction or loss. Make sure to try all the trouble shooting listed in the rental package first.
  2. Please include the information below in the E-mail or call. *1 We will check our inventory and process the request when the rental period remaining at least 4 days.

    • Name and C/O if any
    • Mailing address (room number)
    • Check out date
    • Contact phone number
  3. Return the faulty item to Japanese office using provided return label. *2

*1 Delivery schedule along with anything such as weekend or holidays may cause delays in the delivery.Estimated delivery: about 2-3 days shipping from Japanese office in Sagamihara, Japan. Please allow extra days to ship to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.

*2 Free exchange service only valid for apparent device/SIM defective. Shipping fee:Free with full insurance or for item believe to be defective*2. Fees may be charged upon return when the device is diagnosed with no initial fault or due to any damage caused by caused by a third party or a renter.
