If a device fails to operate under normal use and service, due to defects in design, materials or workmanship, Japan Wireless will, at our option, either replace or refund.

Please contact us as soon as you experience any issues with our rental devices.

Any refund request made after the rental period will not be accepted.

  1. We may contact you before, during, or after the rental period regarding the service you agree to receive.
  2. We limit use, disclosure and retention of your personal information.
  3. We do not disclose personal information to any organization or person for any reason without your consent.
  4. We make every effort to detect and protect against error, fraud or other criminal activity.
  5. We reserve the right to add to or change the terms of this Personal Information Protection statement at our sole discretion, without prior notice to you.
